Learning about bees



We gathered around their huge bee. What did we learn about the bee here?

    that female bees are the workers and the male bees just stay in the hive while the females go and pollinate the flowers and our crops !
    and also there is a frame on top of the hive that keeps the queen bee inside the hive but only the other bee other than the queen can fit through it.

    I learnt that the bee has three body parts the abdomen, the thorax and the head.
    They have 1 tongue, 2 antenna, 3 body parts, 4 wings, 5 eyes and 6 legs.

  3. I learnt that the queen bee can lay up to 2000 eggs a day and their bodies are split into 3 sections the abdomen, the thorax, and of corse the head

  4. I learnt that bees have a thorax and a head they have 2 antennas, and 3 body, parts 1 tounge, 5 eyes, 4 wings, and 6 legs.
