the queen bee is known to lay 2000 eggs a day....bees may make 5 bigger hexagon shaped honey combs??? so they queen can lay 5 eggs in them, once one has hatched that certain bee may go and kill the rest in the other big combs? once it has killed them it goes and attacks the queen to take over her position of the queen!!!

  3. I have learnt that the Queen bee is the one that lays all the eggs and helps the worker bees know what hive to come back to,the females are the worker bees- they are always on a mission and collect the pollen for the honey and to keep themselves feed and the male bees- just sit around and do nothing and be all lazy.

I leant that the queen bee stays in side and lays more than 2000 eggs a day and that the wasp are kind of bees to bees because they attack the bees or kill them too .

  10. I learnt that the queen bee lays at least 2000 eggs a day and that the queen bee stays at the bottom of the hive to lay eggs all day and it always stays at the bottom of the hive to get cleaned and get feed. the bee keppers make the queen bee stay at the bottom of the hive because the dont want the queen be to fly into a another hive and lay her eggs thier .
